Steel frame with sheet metal exterior.

B. PLANNING & CONSTRUCTION
1. On December 11, 1959 the Board of Trustees approved the project and appropriated money for it.
2. On February 12, 1960 the Board of Trustees approved the appointment of Brown, Brandt and Brubaker as architects for the project.
3. No record has been found of Board of Trustees approval of plans and related documents.
4. Bids were received on April 5, 1960 (T).
5. On April 8, 1960 the Board of Trustees awarded contracts to the following contractors:
General: George W. Timmons Co..
Electrical: Pence Electric Co.
6. Completion and occupancy:
Completed and occupied on August 31, 1960 (A).
C. COST
Cost not separately reported by Business Office. However, the appropriation for the project was $200,000 (T 12/11/59).

ADDENDUM NO. 3
The demolition reported in Addendum No. 2 did not include demolition of the shell. It is still anticipated that the shell of the building will be removed to permit the movement of a large aircraft to and from Building 900.
