B. CONSTRUCTION AND ACQUISITION

1. An appraisal report in the files of Property Management indicate that the building was constructed in 1965.

2. Title was conveyed to the University by warranty deed executed May 23, 1973 by Ruth E. Van Meter (Deed book 3336, page 198).

C. COST

The purchase price was $140,000 (T February 2, 1973).
