Concrete block and brick walls; built-up roof on metal roof deck.

One plus a mezzanine at one end.

B. PLANNING & CONSTRUCTION
1. On February 10, 1966 the Board of Trustees approved the plans and related documents prepared by Milosevich and Trautwein and authorized the solicitation of bids by contractors.
2. Bids were received on May 3, 1966 (T).
3. On May 12, 1966 the Board of Trustees awarded contracts to the following contractors:
General: Payt Construction Co.
Electrical: Sterling Electric Co.
Heating & ventilating: Zack Plumbing & Heating
Plumbing: Bruner Corp.
Aircraft apron: Farley Paving Co.
4. Completion and occupancy:
Released for occupancy on November 17, 1967.
C. COST
Cost not separately reported by Business Office. Total of contracts shown on final estimate sheets is $49,155 (A), but this does not include architect's fees and other incidentals and does not include the aircraft apron.
