ADDENDUM NO. 3

As a part of project OSU-080522 (Olentangy Trail Phase 3) to extend the bike path from the Picnic Shelter (OSU Building ID 313) to the John Herrick Drive bridge, the marina has been drained and filled.  Since debris from demolition of the pedestrian bridges (project OSU-090367 Tower District Site Renovations) could not be used due to difficulty of separation of rebar from concrete, debris from Whitehall City Schools was used as fill.
