3.5 An appraisal report in the Property Management files indicates that the building was constructed about 1900.
B. ACQUISITION
Title conveyed to University by warranty deed executed by Joseph F. and Marjorie J. Blair (Deed book 2649, p. 687). Neither the date of execution nor the date of notarization appears on the deed, but records in Property Management indicate that the deed was delivered to the University on June 1,1965, and it was received by the County Recorder the following day.
