2414 sq. ft. net assignable
3.5 One appraisal report in Property Management files says the house contains 12 rooms and was 64 years old in 1962; another says 13 rooms and two baths and over 50 years old in 1959.
B. ACQUISITION
Title conveyed to the University by warranty deed executed August 3, 1962 (Deed book 2417, page 147).
C. USE
Used briefly for research space and offices by Bureau of Educational Research and Service in 1964-65. Now used by Mershon Center.
