Basement and 2 1/2 stories.

None after acquisition by the University.

4590 sq. ft. gross;
3223 sq. ft. net assignable
3.5 A 1964 appraisal report indicated that this was a double house with 10 rooms and two baths.
B. ACQUISITION
The property was acquired by warranty deed executed June 29, 1966 (Deed book 2743, page 372).C. USE
The building was used by various University agencies, chiefly by the Center for Human Resources.D. DEMOLITION
The building was demolished in May 1977 to clear the site for the Eleventh Avenue Parking Ramp (Building 355).E. PHOTOGRAPHS

ADDENDUM NO. 1
Campus Planning records list 205 West Eleventh as Building 953, and 207 West Eleventh as Building 952.These two addresses applied to the two sides of a double house. In this series of reports, both are encompassed by No. 952.
