B. HISTORY OF BUILDINGS

These buildings were on the property when acquired by the University. Title to the property was transferred to the Board of Trustees by warranty deed executed September 1, 1972 by Herschel D. and Beryl L. Mitchell (Deed Book 3268, page 533).
