1. On March 11, 1965 the Board of Trustees approved the plans and related documents prepared by Wright, Gilfillen and Keske and authorized the solicitation of bids by contractors.
2. Bids were received on May 18, 1965 (T).
3. On June 10, 1965 the Board of Trustees awarded contracts to the following contractors.
General: C. C. Vogel
Electrical: S & S. Electric Co., Inc.
Heating, ventilating, & air conditioning: Lieb-Jackson, Inc.
Plumbing: Huffman-Wolfe Co.
4. Completion and occupancy:
The University Architect on November 1, 1966 reported that the building was substantially completed and ready for occupancy except for one mechanical room (P).
