B. PLANNING & CONSTRUCTION
1. On June 10, 1957 the Board of Trustees approved the plans and related documents prepared by W. E. Linch and authorized the solicitation of bids by contractors.
2. Bids were received on July 23, 1957 (A).
3. On September 3, 1957 the Board of Trustees awarded contracts to the following contractors:
General: Kent Brothers Co.
Electrical: Electrical Contractors, Inc.
Heating: Wm. R. Evans Plumbing & Heating Co.
4. Completion and occupancy:
4.1 Final estimates dated May 31, 1958 (A).
