B. HISTORY OF BUILDING
The property consisting of a house and garage was acquired by executor's deed dated May 25, 1966 from the estate of Cordelia Smith (Deed Book 2737, p. 544). No attempt has been made to trace the history of the buildings.

ADDENDUM NO. 2
These buildings were located on a portion of the Smith property that was acquired by a deed executed April 11, 1956 (Deed book 1951, p. 412).
At the time of transfer, the property also included a barn. The Board of Trustees on October 8, 1956 authorized the demolition of the barn by Wilbur Ford.
