3.1 Type of construction:
Brick with wood interior.
3.2 No. of stories:
Basement and three floors.
3.3 Increments of construction:
No addition by University except connecting corridor to Building 902.
3.4 Present area of building as shown in inventory records of Division of Campus Planning:
1,945 sq. ft. gross; 1,665 sq. ft. net assignable

3.5 An appraisal report in the files of Property Management states that the building was built about 1900.
B. ACQUISITION
Title conveyed to the University by warranty deed executed May 22, 1965 (Deed book 2649, page 685).
C. USE
Used along with Building 902 as Personnel Office Building, which was the employment office for non-certificated personnel. Later (in 1977) used briefly as a Campus Student Center.
