Frame interior with brick exterior.
3.2 No. of stories:
Basement and 2-1/2 stories.

None after acquisition by University.
3.4 Area of building as shown in inventory records of Division of Campus Planning:
5,985 sq. ft. gross; 4,282 sq. ft. net assignable
3.5 Appraisal report (1961) indicates that the building contained 18 rooms and four baths.
B. ACQUISITION
Acquired by the University by warranty deed executed June 5, 1962 (Deed book 2403, page 584).
C. USE
Used by various University agencies, chiefly by Center for Human Resources.
D. DEMOLITION
Demolished in May 1976 in connection with construction of Eleventh Avenue Parking Ramp (Building 355).
