B. ACQUISITION

TU1e passed to University by two quit claim deeds executed September 20, 1966 (Deed
book 2764, pages 185 and 187) and two warranty deeds of same date (Deed book 2764,
pages 189 and 191).

C. USE

Used for Home Economics Practice House on lease basis prior to purchase.                  

Shortly after purchase (October 10, 1966), property was assigned for demolition to        
provide parking space. However, Fine Arts was allowed to use the space until December 20,
1966 (P).
