Frame with aluminum siding.
3.2 No. of stories:
Basement and three floors.
3.3 Increments of construction:
No additions by University.
3.4 Area of building as shown in inventory records of Division of Campus Planning:
5696 sq. ft. gross; 5137 sq. ft. net assignable
3.5 Appraisal records in files of Property Management indicate that house was about 41 years old at the time of purchase. In 1954 it was converted to a combination medical office and apartment building.
B. ACQUISITION
Title conveyed to University by warranty deed executed March 8, 1965 (Deed book 2633, page 203).
C. USE
Miscellaneous short-term uses by College of Medicine prior to demolition.
D. DEMOLITION
Approved for demolition in April 1965, but actual demolition was probably in latter half of 1969
as part of construction project for Building 306.
