Concrete block and stucco exterior. Interior probably wood, but no record.

Three.
3.3 Increments of construction:
No additions by University.
3.4 Area of building as shown in inventory records of Division of Campus Planning:
3252 sq. ft. gross; 2982 sq. ft. net assignable
3.5 This was a Six unit apartment building (three rooms per apartment)built about 1957.
B. ACQUISITION
Title conveyed to University by warranty deed executed March 8, 1965 (Deed book 2633, page 203).
C. USE
Used briefly by College of Medicine and University Hospital prior to demolition.
D. DEMOLITION
No record of demolition has been found, but it appears to have been demolished between February 24 and October 22, 1969.
